A follow-up to my last video on MI.
I have found learning DBT and implementing the skills to be so very beneficial. I therefore want to raise awareness of it, and help other people learn about it.
I am not a professional counsellor, and I do not know about DBT in a professional capacity. I am simply a person living with MI who is sharing what I know about DBT from my perspective. I recommend that if you think you need help, do further research into DBT beyond this video and seek professional help if it’s available to you.
