  1. Well, San Francisco is also turning into this too. I feel So bad for all of them because several, if not most, of them have been dumped by hospitals and others never got the help they so badly need.

  2. It is past time to reopen mental facilities in this Country. We have mentally ill ppl running around with nowhere to go, no treatment. It's very sad. Mass shootings, etc caused by mentally ill ppl fueled by the media.

  3. Gradually when prices of necessaities like food, clothing shelter medicine conveyance, will go so high witch is quite out of a comman man reach such problem will be inevitable and u cannot stop them.

Yes the system was built for this until the government deinstitutionalization of psychiatric patients in the 1950s and '60s, when the replacing long-stay┬ápsychiatric hospitals┬áwith less isolated┬ácommunity mental health services led to the closure of many psychiatric hospitals. Now we have this, welcome to America ­čśé

So that He is always able to use the Gift of the Brain and His Nerves to make a work of Art, so that he can appreciate his abilities in his life Environment and Society! And His Artwork must be Welcomed first by his Family! NO.MATTER HOW BAD HIS WORK!
