  1. Social media shows us quite clearly how important, popular, and worthy we are. It’s hard to cope when you’re not popular and you don’t fit in. Sometimes negative self talk can be real and not all in your head. ‘I only got that many likes, so and so got more, they’re more important than me’ etc it can spiral out of control.

  2. Are you kidding me…. ? It’s like controlling cancer??.. mental illness is very serious. Yes, it is possible to control it…. but unfortunately there are not enough resources or help for mental illness. Unless you hurt yourself seriously or someone else, you have to wait months and months for help, unlike physical illness like cancer, there is no help until most times it is too late. Either addiction, or severe depression takes hold of you and then people are crying when it is too late. We need to put more money and help into mental illness… not just giving pills to these people to put a bandaid on it. But therapy and tools to deal with this epidemic. Criminals/addicts have over 80% mental illness.

  3. why do I feel everyone knows what I'm thinking?? am I that predictable?? my sister is a psychiatrist but she can be bitchy at times. I tell her my problems and she never tell me what she thinks all she says is that I'm normal …. even deep inside I know I'm not

  4. Its all nonsense. Everyone is going to live and die. No point of making things difficult. Just don't think about it so it would not exist. If your surrounded by people trying to make you accept your a mentally ill person. People don't do a favour for others and become mentally ill. I don't care about the stupid ideas other people have about mental illness. I will rather do something else instead of going to appointments. Its a waste of time. If I want a medication I will pay a private doctor and get it prescribed. They don't need to lock me up in a hospital because of a idiot thinking I got mental illness. What I do is not dependent on a 20 minute appointment. Everything is not mental health. Ok I give 2 options. Would you take a thousand pound not to give give medication. Or comply with the law for mental health. Your working for money not for the government. Please people think proply do not target young adults and ruin there life because of a tiny piece of medication.

  5. Considering if you drilled through the earth really quickly, that everyone on the other side would be sleeping, upside down, yet thinking and seeing that everything would appear if it was the right way up, and that in fact it was me upside down all along,my mentality is doing pretty good.

  6. Mental health is being miss used by many , an excuse for not working , Im depressed ect . Best way to cure mental health is do get out and work , meet people and full up your day doing things , Ive heard too many times I suffer from depression , In some cases thats true but after working 15 years with people who have mental health issues Never has anyone ever wanted to work , TOO MANY BENEFITS TO BE HANDED OUT Id feel depressed if my house went on fire and my car was stolen , with the wife in the in and the cat ,

  7. how the fuck would this in anyway support or help someone with mental illness at all? this is so ignorant and horrible. worst thing you could possibly say to someone whose affected. and why are you depicting us as batshit? honestly fuck you fuck off

  8. This ad makes no sense as a mental health thing. Control your problems control your life is exactly what someone with genuine mental illness should not have to hear. Problems should never be confused with mental disorders.
