Our DBT Programme
Welcome to DBT London
We offer a structured, specialist Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme designed to help you manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build a life worth living.
Our programme is primarily delivered online, making it accessible across the UK. It combines the gold-standard components of DBT, delivered by a team of accredited therapists and DBT specialists.
What’s included in our DBT programme:
- Weekly online DBT skills group (mandatory)
- Weekly 1:1 therapy sessions (optional)
- 24/7 crisis coaching (phone support for those having 1:1 sessions)
- Family or loved one’s support group
- Evidence-based materials and psychoeducation aligned with DBT’s four core modules
Who it’s for:
We support individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, intense relationship patterns, trauma symptoms, and related difficulties. Many of our clients have been diagnosed with BPD/EUPD, ADHD, ASD, or PTSD, or are struggling with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or emotional overwhelm.
What is DBT?
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is a structured, group-based and evidence-based therapy that helps people regulate emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and live more mindfully. Originally developed for people with BPD, it is now used widely to support individuals with a range of complex needs.
The Four Modules We Cover:

- Mindfulness – staying present and reducing emotional reactivity
- Interpersonal Effectiveness – improving communication and boundaries
- Distress Tolerance – surviving crisis without making things worse
- Emotion Regulation – understanding and managing overwhelming emotions
How to Join
- Assessment – a one-hour online session to explore whether DBT is suitable
- Pre-commitment Sessions – we offer 1:1 sessions before your chosen group commences (we hold online groups on different days and times throughout the week to best suit your availability)
- Enrolment – clients can join the group at the start of the 12-week Distress Tolerance module or commit to the full programme, where clients tend to benefit most (pre-treatment sessions, group sessions, 1:1 sessions and 7 days a week crisis coaching)
