Don’t Diet: A Therapists Tips on Improving Your Relationship with Food. Fad diets & food “rules” are flooding social media feeds right now…. Don’t give into the BS or the bully in your brain. There’s no “miracle cure” and if you’re feeling insecure about your body your not alone.
