Mental health clinics are expected to be rolled out across Greater Sydney to aid in the crisis NSW is facing due to lockdown taking a mental toll on citizens lives.

Ten are to be propped up this week and the federal government head and health units say it will be similar to the clinics used during Victoria’s second wave of the coronavirus outbreak.

Year 11 and 12 learning from home will be granted vital access as hospital presentations of teenagers have surged.

The clinics will be rolled out in Lakemba, Hurstville, Tuggerah, Kingswood, Thornleigh, Shellharbour, Blacktown, Paramatta, Bankstown, and Liverpool.
