    As some one who suffers with misophonia, these sorts of things arenโ€™t great for me to listen to. After seeing this (even tho I had to skip the tapping) I found that this video wasnโ€™t actually as bad as the others I have seen. I also struggle to sleep so having both together is such bad luck I guess๐Ÿ˜‚ but thanks Kati!

    The brushing was on point โค๏ธ i like your wilhisper-voice but the breathyness is a lil tooo strong for my tast e i guess thats because you dont use a eindshield cover thingie

    I made it 1 minute in and had to stop. It gave me such a creeped out feeling! I have a thing where I donโ€™t like being touched and hearing you whisper gave my body the same visceral reaction that I get when someone ACTUALLY invades my personal space. It really made me freak out a bit cause I physically felt the aversion even though I rationally knew no one was near me lol. Weirdest sensation I think Iโ€™ve ever had!!

    the 1st was way to harsh for me loved the tapping water an matches, in another one of your videos you used pencil on paper the BEST! I have stage 5fibro an it even relieved some Beck pain , just love ya!! you are a true gem of a Dr, in a sea of DR's that are pebbles an common sand

    I like that you explore ASMR as something related to mental health, because it is very relaxing. One thing I would note, though, is pace. ASMRtists tend to slow down the pace at which they speak, and when they make noises with objects they often tend to draw out how long the sounds are.
