Hi there, on this video I wanted to share my raw experience being on and off antidepressants for the past 2 years

I find listening to people’s stories and experience was really helpful for me to figure out what these different SSRI’s / meds are doing to my brain, so I thought it might be helpful for some of you that I share my story too.

What helps managing my BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) traits is actually therapy – learning skills based on DBT (Dialectic Behavior Therapy).
I was prescribed antidepressants by my GP to manage my anxiety and depression symptoms that helps me to kickstart my ‘healing’ journey and stay emotionally regulated.

*Disclaimer: this is my personal experience and opinions, please consult with a doctor/psychiatrist for professional advice.
