Today’s 15-minute guided meditation will relax you and balance your energy. This practice is a great way to start your day. It can also be used to relieve stress or negative energy. You will be guided to notice your present moment experience and move energy throughout your body to refill where you are depleted and release where you have excess. This is grounding and calming.

  1. I don’t want to sound like a stereotypical reviewer, but this was excellent! I actually physically FELT the old, wiped out energy slowly go out the top of my head, and now I feel so much better! I could run to the hills and back 10 times!

  2. I loved that one. But I think I fell asleep. I'm not sure. I definitely was skipping into dream between your phrases. Is that ok?. I've been doing 10 min meditation morning and evening for 4 days now I just increased to 15 tonight.

  6. This is a great meditation. The music is soft enough to not be distracting but its presence helps dissipate the earworm songs that are always playing in my head. Good for focus, grounding, and energizing. Thank you!
